5 Star Engine is $50 per month when paid yearly ($600 per year, no setup fee, saving $180 over monthly). Paying by the month is $65 per month, with a $100 one-time setup fee and a credit or debit card required for recurring payments.
Satisfaction is guaranteed: if you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of service, we work to make things right or offer a complete refund, including setup fees. No refunds are offered after 30 days on the yearly plan.

Yes. If you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of service, we can work to make things right, or offer you a complete refund (including setup fees). No refunds are offered after 30 days on the Yearly plan.
What is Negative Review Assistance?
In the event of a negative Google review, we will alert you and help you craft a professional response. Upon your approval, we will publish the response to your Google Business Profile.
How easy is this to use?
Very easy. I will create a page on your website that has a form with 2 fields: customer name and email address. You enter in the information and click submit. The system will take care of the rest, including sending one reminder after 2 days, if the customer has not responded.
Will everyone I send a request to leave a Google review?
No. There are a couple of reasons your customer may not leave you a Google review. A person needs a Google account to leave a review on Google, and some people are too busy or choose not to share their experience on Google. This is why a system is so important, as this is a numbers game. You want to simplify your life and make sending requests easy and effective.
How fast will I see results?
Instantly, or as fast as you can send out a request. Once a review is submitted, it will post in just seconds.
Can I control which reviews get posted to my website?
Yes. In fact, I will manage this for you so you do not have to learn a new system.
What if I already have a Google Business Profile?
Perfect. 5 Star Engine connects directly to it and enhances what you already have.
What does the 5 Star Engine process look like?
By default, you send a review request by email. The customer clicks the link and is taken to a customized form for your business, completes it and submits. They are then asked if they wish to leave a review on Google or other platforms you have included, and they click the link to paste in the review they typed. Positive reviews are auto-posted to your website. If you want to target only Google reviews, the customer instead clicks the link in the email, lands on a page with a single button linked to your Google reviews (no form), and goes straight to your Google Business Profile to leave a review. Positive reviews are still auto-posted to your website.
What if I do not have a Google Business Profile?
Not a problem. You can set one up now or we offer a service to do it for you. You will be responsible for verifying your business with Google once the account is set up. Verification is required to manage your profile.
I need reviews on a platform not listed here. Can 5 Star Engine do that?
Yes. If there is a link to a review form, I can add any third-party website for you. An example would be a dentist or physician who wants to boost their profile on Healthgrades. Once the profile is active, I can include the link to review on Healthgrades. If you choose not to target Google and only want to target Healthgrades, for example, I can set that up too.
